Lorenzo Lucca
photographer
Professional photographer and member of TAU Visual, National Association of Professional Photographers. He worked for 15 years in the graphic and advertising sector. He is currently working in web marketing and socialmedia, with photography applied to communication and reportage.
Lorenzo’s discretion and his ability to enter into the environment are the keys to empathize with people, famous or not, protagonist of his images.
He is specialized in visual storytelling with a natural style characterized by spontaneity. With Elisa Piemontesi and other partners he founded PLUME: raccontare le imprese (telling companies), a service project that combines photography, webmarketing, socialmedia, photography and storytelling for corporate people and companies.
With Team Hotel they have also created a network of companies and services for the redevelopment of hotels, by using their photography and marketing skills.
The reporter is basically the one who found the link to let the moments become readable stories, the one who follows an idea without interfering. He is a discreet chronicler who talks through frames. By speaking, listening, and most of all silently observing who is in front of his lens, Lorenzo is capable to capture their expressions, shyness, spontaneity: for this reason his portraits are true.
For several years he has been, with Elisa, the official photographer for the back-stage of the Zozzoni Day on Radio Deejay, for Cesvi. His project “Giap-phone”, proposes a vision of Japan using only a mobile phone. Finally he followed the preparation of a fashion show during the Fashion Week in Milan, by using only traditional black and white films.
